AGENCY FEES
Fees are calculated on the final sale price and are payable by the seller, unless otherwise agreed. The fees include VAT which is currently 20%.
Properties and estates 6% incl. VAT (minimum charge €12,000 incl. VAT)
Building land 8% incl. VAT
Commercial properties 8% inc. VAT
The agency fee includes a visit to assess the value of your property and establishing a sales strategy together. All advertising expenses, organisation of visits and follow up reports, negotiation and support right up to the signing of the deed of sale.
